ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, can present in different ways depending on the individual. Generally, symptoms of ADHD can include inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, difficulty staying focused or completing tasks, forgetfulness, and disorganization. In children, symptoms may also include difficulty with following directions, fidgeting, talking excessively, and interrupting others. In adults, symptoms may include forgetfulness, trouble managing time, difficulty completing tasks, and poor organizational skills.
It's important to note that ADHD can present differently in different people, and not everyone with ADHD will experience the same symptoms or to the same degree. A proper diagnosis from a qualified healthcare professional or mental health provider is necessary to accurately identify ADHD.
